Aalihya Harmon

Aalihya Harmon is a Program Manager at Fast Forward Solutions, where she supports program delivery, client communications, and system enablement across a range of projects and industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications and is certified in Agile Project Management and SAP S/4HANA, bringing a strong foundation in both structured project coordination and enterprise systems.

Since joining Fast Forward Solutions, Aalihya has contributed to project execution through planning support, documentation, and communication management. She plays an active role in configuring and supporting SAP Cloud ALM environments, helping clients establish organized, transparent systems to track tasks, milestones, risks, and overall project progress. Her work supports alignment, visibility, and consistency across project teams.

Aalihya’s background in communications and public affairs uniquely strengthens her role in program management. She frequently serves as a key communications partner for clients translating technical updates into clear, actionable messaging, facilitating meetings, managing status communications, and supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Prior to Fast Forward Solutions, Aalihya built a diverse career across public relations, government communications, nonprofit work, and business consulting. She has supported public and private-sector initiatives in Mecklenburg County, where she assisted with community outreach, public meetings, media coordination, and crisis communication. This experience strengthened her ability to work within structured, highly visible environments and engage a wide range of stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

Her experience also spans entertainment, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, where she developed campaigns, produced content, supported events, and collaborated with creative and technical teams. This breadth allows her to adapt quickly, understand different organizational needs, and contribute meaningfully across projects.

At Fast Forward Solutions, Aalihya plays an integral role in ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish. She supports program delivery through structured coordination, clear communication, and Cloud ALM enablement, helping teams stay aligned, informed, and on track.
